At Flou, we are committed to providing a safe, secure and respectful environment for our users. As part of this commitment, we strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and take all necessary measures to prevent, detect and report such content and activity on our platform.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY:
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). It is absolutely prohibited to upload, store, share, produce or encourage others to share such materials, no matter the cause or intentions.

Absolutely prohibited contents and activities include but not limited to:
- Any content that depicts, facilitates or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sharing, storing or transmission of CSAM in any form
- Any attempt to solicit, groom, or engage minors in any conversation or activities
- The use of our platform for the recruitment or facilitation of child trafficking or exploitation
- Any content that sexualizes children
- Visual depictions (e.g., images, illustrations)
- Depictions of child nudity, even partial nudity or sexualization in any form even if it’s art
- Conversations about sexually explicit conduct that involve children
- Photos of children
- No creation or management of accounts on behalf of children
- Flou is a platform strictly for users aged 18 and older
- No children. Period.

DETECTION AND REPORTING:
To ensure strict adherence and compliance with the law and prevent CSAE, we implement various measures:
1. Monitoring and Moderation: We use top-notch AI monitoring and manual review processes to identify and remove any activity or content (including the offender) that violates our child safety policies
2. User Reporting: Users can report any suspected CSAE violation/content directly within the app. Reports will be reviewed and actions will be taken swiftly
3. We work with Law Enforcement: We work with both local and global law enforcement agencies as well as child protection organizations including National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to combat child exploitation. Reports and necessary data will be shared with such authorities in compliance with legal requirements

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
While we are committed to doing the utmost to protect children from any harm, you can also help us keep our platform safe and enjoyable.
1. Report Suspicious Activity: If you encounter any content, activity or behavior that appears to violate our child safety policy, you can report the user using our in-app reporting feature at the top-right shield icon on the screen, or contact support@flounow.ai
2. Stay informed and alert: Be aware of online safety guidelines and never, ever engage with inappropriate content or users!
